Ajwain Puri
Another exclusive recipe from Chef Milind Sovani
 
Ingredients For stuffing:

  • Atta: 250 gm
  • Ajwain: 1 tabsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Turmeric: ½ tsp
  • Water: as required
  • Oil: to fry
Method :

1. Take atta , ajwain,salt, & turmeric.
 
2. Now add water, knead it in to hard dough.
 
3. Roll it in to puris of approximately 6-inch diameter.
 
4. Deep fry the till they fluff up.
