Method : 1.
Boil the pasta in salted water and bayleaf. Remove ,add little oil ,cool and store in the fridge
2. Cut the bellpeppers into 1 inch cubes and store in the fridge.
3. Heat oil in a pan , add in the garlic and the onions and sauté well. Add peppercorns ,chilly paste and tomato paste and let it cook.
4. Season with salt , add in the basil leaves and finish with cream.
5. Cool and store the sauce.
6. When ready to eat heat little oil in a pan and toss the bellpeppers and the pasta.
7. Add the sauce and let it simmer together for a minute. Mix in the grated cheese and serve hot
