| Ingredients
:
- Chicken – curry cut (small pieces) : 8 nos.
- Oil : 80 ml.
- Sagoti masala : 1 laddle
- Onion ( Chopped) : 1 no. (Large)
- Ginger-garlic paste : 30 gm.
- Tomatoes : 1 no.
- Chilly powder or sagoti masala powder : 1 ˝ - 2 tsp.
- Haldi powder : ˝ tsp.
- Green coriander : few sprigs
- Salt : to taste

Method : 1.
Heat oil, add onions & fry golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste sauté. Add chicken pieces & sauté well.
3. Add spices & fry. Add tomatoes & mix well.
4. Add sagoti masala & mix well.
5. Add water & cook the chicken.
6. Add chopped coriander & mix.
7. The gravy should be thickish smooth & yellowish red in colour.
8. Garnish with coconut & coriander
