Deseed and chop the tomatoes, clean
and chop the onions, chop green
chillies and grate cheese
2. Mix in the butter and the yolk
and store this spread in the refrigerator
When ready to eat toast the bread
slices on one side.
3. Apply the spread on the untoasted
side of the bread . Grill it under
a salamander till golden brown.
4. Cut it in 4 triangular pieces
serve hot with some potato chips
