Indian cuisine is an ancient cuisine with great history and tradition. Chef Milind believes that though we need to spread the real flavor of Indian cuisine in its authentic form….he firmly believes that New Age Chefs should add their modern craft full addition to enhance it further and help it evolve with the times.

Chef Milind believes that every chef is an Artist and he himself is also some kind of a Painter/ Designer, as he takes lots of efforts to present his Modern Indian cuisine is a truly stunning and beautiful form.

Chef Milind wants to dispel the age old image of Indian cuisine being Too Heavy, Oily and spicy. He makes his food Light, easy to absorb, and uniquely flavorfully with his blend of spices and not chilly spice full.

Hard work, Passion, Artistic quest & in depth study, are few of the key ingredients to make a good chef…but what he sincerely believes is… A GOOD CHEF IS ONE WHO LOVES TO COOK 100% AND LOVES TO EAT 300%
