Bollywood queen Madhuri Dixit does
the honours |
Chef
Milind Sovani is credited for rediscovering
and launching Malvani cuisine. He
not only popularised this lost cusine
but elevated it and courageously
served it in a five star hotel.
Madhuri Dixit gave her supporting
hand, and consented to be the ambassador.
by being the Chief Guest and inaugurated
the food festival.
Thanks to Chef
Milind, Malvani or the coastal cuisine
of maharashtra is now a rage all
over Mumbai. Madhuri Dixit said
at the launch, "Keep up your efforts"
and said that in today's glamour
world one should glamourise the
cusine as much as possible, because
glamour sells. Who better than the
queen of glamour herself can give
advice like this. |
