Method : 1.
Chop the onions, tomatoes and green coriander leaves.
2. Peel the ginger and garlic & grind it to a paste.
3. Cut the paneer in to 1inch triangles of ½cm thickness.
4. Heat oil, add cloves, cinnamon, black cardamom, green cardamom ,javitre and, sauté it for few seconds.
5. Add whole red chilles, coriander seeds and chopped onion.
6. Sauté onion till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste, sauté for ½ a min.
7. Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté it till masala leaves oil, now add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder and salt.and saute.
8. Add 2tbsp of water, cook it for 2 to 3min, now add the paneer pieces mix it well, cook it for another 4-5min.
9. Serve it hot garnished with crushed corrriander seeds and fried whole red chillies.
