Method : 1.
Mix all the ingredients except water.
2. Now, slowly add in water and knead it in to a hard dough.
3. Cover it with a wet cloth for 20 minutes and then store it in the refrigerator.
4. When ready to eat divide it into small balls and roll it in to round puris of approx 6-inch diameter.
5. Heat oil in a wok and Deep-fry the puris till they fluff up and golden yellow in colour
6. Drain and serve hot with any pickle / chutney of your choice.
