Method : 1.
Mix flour, salt, oil and water,
knead it in to semi soft dough,
keep it aside for 30 minutes covered
with wet cloth.
2. Heat oil, add beans spout, noodles,
sauté it for 2 minutes, add seasoning.
3. Make rolls of dough and roll
it into romali rotis and bake it
on a griddle.
4. Now put the above stuffing, over
the roti, roll it and grill it on
both sides.
5. Cut it in to pieces, served with
onion salad.
