| Ingredients:
- Rice Noodles : 300 gm
- Oil : 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
- Curry leaves : 10 no
- Split black lentil (urad dal) [washed & soaked for 5 min] : 2 tsp
- Green chilies (slit) : 4 nos.
- Salt to taste
- Sugar : ½ tsp

Method : 1.
Put the noodles in a pan of water and bring to the boil. Take off the heat and drain.
2. Heat the oil and fry the mustard seeds. When they pop, add the curry leaves.
3. Add the lentils and fry until golden then add the chilies.
4. Stir in the noodles, season with salt and sugar and sprinkle some water on top cook until the noodles are soft.
